You’re all set!

 

You will first receive an email inviting you to your patient portal, OnPatient!

This can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. There is an app available for smart devices that can be downloaded for free in your app store, or can be accessed online without the need for an app.

Simply create a username and password and be signed in at the time of your appointment. The doctor will call you! 

 

You will be contacted by the doctor’s nurse just before your appointment to be sure you are all set!
